We work with artists and organizations to ensure that Bellevue is a great place where, each year, over 6,000 artists and volunteers can live up to their creative potential, over half a million attendees experience innovative art and diverse cultural traditions, and thousands of people are supported with free access to these experiences and other educational opportunities.

Since the Eastside Arts Partnership (EAP) grants have transitioned to a two-year granting cycle, the Arts Program will only be offering Project grants, with the addition of a BelRed bonus grant, for the 2026 funding cycle. All 2025 EAP recipients will receive the same award amount in 2026, and new EAP applications will need to wait to apply in 2026 for the 2027-28 application cycle. 

All 2025 EAP recipients will be required to restate their intent to receive the award; however, they will not be required to reapply.
